Fun with Rufus
Rufus the bear has type 1 diabetes. He's a very special bear because he has bright coloured pataches on all the parts of his body he has to test and inject himself.
Rufus is friends with lots of children with type 1 diabetes and can help them with injections. Are you friends with Rufus? If you didn't get a Rufus when you were first diagnosed, ask your Mum or Dad to visit the special pages of the website for them. They can order you a free pack called a KIDSAC, which has lots of useful information about type 1 diabetes as well as your very own Rufus.
